Grown on farm named “Finca Alabama”, in the volcanic San Marcos region. This area receives the highest amount of rainfall in Guatemala and produces splendid coffees. Coffees from this region tend to have a delicate floral aroma with flavor notes that showcase a mild, yet distinct acidity. We’ve roasted this coffee to bring out the citrus notes and cocoa flavors.
